Kim Roberts has been practicing law since 1978, including corporate
and commercial law and litigation. Over the last decade, his practice
has increasingly been oriented toward the entertainment industry,
to the point that he now practices almost exclusively in this area.
Mr. Roberts provides legal advice on a complete range of American
and Canadian productions, from features and movies of the week to
television series and documentaries.

KARL STAHL >> kstahl@robertsstahl.com
Mr. Stahl was called to the bar in 1980 and has been engaged primarily
in a solicitors practice since that time. His main interests
are in arts and entertainment and specifically in historical Canadian
art. He has recently contributed to several publications in connection
with this subject. Since 1991, he has also served on the board of
the Coastal Jazz and Blues Society, which produces the Vancouver International
Jazz Festival. Mr. Stahl is also legal counsel for the Swedish Consulate.

DORAN CHANDLER >> dchandler@robertsstahl.com
Doran Chandler's practice focuses on providing legal services
for the entertainment industry, including services in relation to
film and television financing, intellectual property issues, production
services and music. After his previous career as a musician, touring
North America with a folk-rock band, Mr. Chandler settled in Vancouver
to pursue his legal career.

Kyle Fogden's practice focuses on entertainment and intellectual
property law. After joining Roberts & Stahl in 2003, Kyle relocated
to New York in 2005 to practice with a boutique entertainment law
firm, where he represented some of the biggest names in the music
industry.
Kyle returned to Roberts & Stahl in 2008 and now represents
independent film and television producers in financing, production
and intellectual property matters, as well as recording artists,
record labels and publishers in music industry matters. Kyle is
also a volunteer lawyer with the Alliance for Arts & Culture's
Artists Legal Outreach program.

LORI MASSINI >> lmassini@robertsstahl.com
Lori joined Roberts & Stahl in 2007. Her practice focuses on
the entertainment industry, assisting clients with all aspects of
entertainment law from drafting agreements and negotiating the hiring
of actors, writers, and directors to advising musicians and recording
artists. Lori is actively involved in the arts, and is an accomplished
dancer and musician.

Felicia Lee has been with Roberts & Stahl from its inception,
primarily assisting Karl Stahl. Felicia deals with residential conveyance
matters as well as wills and estates and maintains the corporate
records for the firm.

CATHERINE BARTHE >> cbarthe@robertsstahl.com
Catherine Barthe has been with Roberts & Stahl since 1997.
She holds the equivalent of a Bachelor of Arts Degree from France.
Catherine speaks fluent French and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
She combines the duties of reception and as a legal secretary, assisting
in various areas, particularly litigation. Catherine can provide answers
to general questions you may have regarding the firm or our practice. |

ELISHA MATIC >> elisha@robertsstahl.com
Elisha is a trained legal administrative assistant who joined
the staff of Roberts & Stahl in 2004. As Kim Roberts' assistant,
she provides support in various areas of law including entertainment,
corporate, wills and estates and litigation. Outside the office, Elisha
pursues her passion for art and creative writing. |

EVELYN NATHAN >> enathan@robertsstahl.com
Evelyn
joined the staff of Roberts & Stahl during the fall of 2004 after
completing the Administrative Assistant program at Vancouver Community
College. In addition to assisting Doran Chandler, she maintains corporate
filings for the firm and assists with accounts receivable. Outside
of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and personal training.
